Our speciality is working with fondant. A lot of people say they don't like fondant because it tastes like cardboard, well our fondant is made from marshmallows and confectioner sugar. We understand how most don't like fondant and that's becuase it's a texutre thing! So if you love the look but not the taste, we have good news for you! We frost our cakes with our delicious American buttercream, then we decorate, so you can completely remove the fondant and enjoy your cake.

FRESHNESS GUARANTEED
All of our deliciously moist cakes are made from scratch fresh to order and last up to 5 days of purchase. All cakes are best at room temperature. Fondant and buttercream cakes do not have to be refrigerated as long as the room is cool. Cakes that have cream cheese icing can be refrigerated before serving. They should come to room temperature 2 to 4 hours before serving. For longer storage, our cakes can be frozen by completely being wrapped in plastic wrap and stored in food container with lid. Freezing fondant will cause the cake to sweat as it defrosts. This may cause some of the decorations to bleed or change in shape.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY PICK UP?
We currently do not offer same day pick up. We do not mail orders. For designer/custom cakes requiring fondant work, we do require a 14 day notice. Check date availability here.

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! We do deliver. All wedding cakes MUST be delivered. Delivery is strongly suggested for any celebration cakes that are 3 tiers or higher. Delivery fee starts at $20. (delivery must be requested at the time the order is placed)
IS PICK UP AN OPTION?
Of course you may pick up your cake! We encourage that you pick up your cake on the way to your event or no more than 2 hours prior to scheduled event time. Cakes are packaged with the intent of minimal movement during transportation. Therefore, unless delivery is organized, we are NOT responsible for any damage made to the cake after it has left the premises of Yum Cake Crumbs. Please note: Cake must be transported on a flat surface such as the floor board (laps or seat is not considered flat) with continuous air conditioning going. Heat, direct sunlight, sudden stops or fast turns can cause damage to the cake.
PAYMENT
To commence cake production, Yum Cake Crumbs require a 50%, non-refundable deposit based on the agreed quote and all art work and design approved by the client. The remaining balance is due and payable at least 7 days prior to collection or delivery. Your order is not confirmed until we have received a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, $cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Cake orders placed with less than 10 day notice require payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.

MAY I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Our goal is to give you your hearts desires and there is a lot to consider when creating a cake that you may forget to mention something, however, we allow up to 2 changes and require a 10day notice prior to pick up/delivery date. Less notice is subject to a $25 fee to each change that is due at time of request.
